Viral Infection Treatment Do We Have Any Treatments For Viral Infections? (not Just Bacterial)?

Do we have any treatments for viral infections? (not just bacterial)? - viral infection treatment

I am of millions of antibiotics known, and the treatments that we are for bacterial infections, but what about treatments for viruses? I understand that unfortunately can not kill a virus, however, that in 2008, even more absurd that the medicine has come a long way, but we have treatments that do not treat viral infections or so serious?

I know that for the treatment of HIV we have, but what about viral infections in general, infections to the lungs, pneumonia, bronchitis and other bodies, including the flu?

I mean, other than homeopathy and herbs / teas that say it helps. Do we have something that doctors can prescribe, or if you to the hospital in the fight against a severe infection?

Or we can treat the complications of the disease, but can not really treat the disease itself?

If you really have nothing, I fear.

What if I have a viral infection, which is not easy to fight? lol.

Antiviral medications are available there, but usually lead to serious problems. Antiviral usually stops the virus' ability to reproduce themselves, which your body can fight it more easily and destroy the virus. With problems such as flu, the body fight against the virus itself, and while you may feel waste are healthy people feel better. The immune system fights a virus that is better than any drug can, if it's just a cold or flu. The people rely heavily on medicines, including antibiotics, they forget that our bodies are designed to fight against such things. And we really bacteria with our strongest antibiotics. Sometimes we just need to fight our own bodies without drugs.
