Shin Slpints Are Shin Slpints Normal After Breaking A Leg?

Are shin slpints normal after breaking a leg? - shin slpints

I broke the tibia and fibula (leg bone) at four locations around 7 months. It was a closed fracture, which remained in force, it was a vote for a month. I recently started running, and every time after a race, it hurts shin (in the leg he broke). It hurts the same place where it was broken. Is this normal? Am I obligated to the doctor back and take another x-ray to make sure that all the way healed?

Yes, it is normal, blood vessels in the legs and muscles are probably not contricting Arent there enough blood. Try to stretch the muscles relax, and then several times a day. Even a light massage can be ..... and be sure to include a proper diet or dietary supplements. With a heating pad would be well .... DONT's ice cream!. This slows the healing process and reduces the blood flow
