Yes, you can use the LSS software to create 3D visualizations of the poll. There are software, the 3D images more realistic, but the LSS is the market leader (in the UK, anyway) to data from the field measurements and modeling can produce display digital terrain models (MDT).
Textures can be added around the features, more like life. Aerial photographs can be captured with topographic data to create very life-like visualsations.
