I was randomly surfing on YouTube, and I saw this beauty feminist video contains images of women in a foreign master (in Thailand, said the video), which extend their necks with brass rings around their necks. These include X-rays of the neck to show what happens inside. I was surprised to see that stretching does not extend much of the cervical spine (neck bones), but it took back a portion of the spinal column (spine bones) over the shoulders. Ribs, of course, if there were some of the ribs in the back over their shoulders (!!!) I want to know:
1) can move the neck in any way? You can look, or just one side to another?
2) What affects your breathing, if a portion of their RIB is a cage-pulled up there?
